Road Map to Success
In The iCon Group, there are three levels of representatives:
- Retail Level (Distributor): Opening a bill of 2,500 Baht will receive products and 10 TP immediately.
- Mid-Level Retail (Supervisor): Opening a bill of approximately 25,000 Baht will receive products and 100 TP immediately.
- Large-Scale Distributor (Dealer): Opening a bill of approximately 250,000 Baht will receive products and 1,000 TP immediately.
For all three levels of retail, the company doesn't require us to hold onto the products but emphasizes the importance of holding onto people. If we become a Supervisor or Dealer, it indicates our desire to either run a business or to grow within this industry.
Therefore, we need to pass on the products to people interested in joining the business. To do that, we must:
- Use the products to find impressions and become living proof of the product. We need genuine testimonials to be effective in sharing with others.
- Sell. After using the products, we must sell because we aim to generate income in this business, and selling is necessary.
- Expand. When we excel in selling and are ready to take care of people, we must expand by opening opportunities for those interested to join the business.
- Refer. Once we have a team, we must refer not only knowledge about our backend system, teaching various topics in training rooms but, importantly, passing on our skills through hands-on experience. Teach our team how to take action for results so that we can grow together.
Today, we have big long-term goals. Break those big goals into smaller yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily goals, and make them successful one by one. The big goal will come closer to us gradually.
Success has no shortcuts. Only foolish people expect results without doing anything or without genuinely and persistently taking action.
