How can one make life only better?

There's a saying, 'Life has its ups and downs, good times and bad times; certainty is uncertainty.' The key is that we wholeheartedly believe without looking at 'why we created it.' These sayings are beliefs that have been passed down. If we believe wholeheartedly, giving it the 'power of a goat,' we accept the consequences of our actions.

We won't look back inside ourselves to see that our 'failures' or what we call our 'downfalls' are actually born from our own fears, anxieties, and concerns. And when these things emerge, we empower them by thinking about them repeatedly until they manifest.

Because normally in our subconscious, there are both weed seeds and good seeds. Whenever we direct energy to nurture or fertilize the weed seeds, they will grow. This is the truth.

How our world will be today depends on what we focus on. If we focus on the goal, our goal will be clear, and the problems will be blurred. But if we focus on the problems, the problems will be big, and our goal will be blurry. Therefore, whether our life goes up or down depends on what we focus on.
